During their convalescence, it’s important to ensure that you have full support and care to enable a full recovery. At CHD, we have an array of advanced facilities to help accelerate recovery time.
At our Brownscombe Care Residences and St Catherine’s Manor, we specialise in residential and nursing care, and help to bridge the journey between hospital and home.
We offer 24-hour practical and personal support to ensure you are looked after throughout the day, and seamlessly through the night.
Our on-site nurses are a great option for those in need of medical support and wound care post-surgery, alongside our dedicated team of home managers and care staff.
In addition, we are able to provide support from our CHD Rehabilitation therapy teams, and offer off-site rehabilitation for those in need in specialist rehabilitation facilities.

Rehabilitation at CHD Living
At Kingston Rehabilitation Centre and Bagshot Park, we offer round-the-clock support, alongside exemplary equipment and amenities, to facilitate a speedy recovery.
Our focus is to provide the best possible care to help our patients recover, while enabling you to live as independently as possible.

At CHD Care At Home, we provide a variety of hospital discharge options, assisting with both planned and emergency post-operative care.
We’ll work with other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless transition back to your home, and continuity of care, to help minimise disruption to your recovery time.
Our teams will devise a bespoke care plan, with your input, looking at how best to facilitate your post-operative care, and get you back to a sense of normality in the quickest time possible.
