Overlooking acreage of natural beauty, Surrey Heights is nestled in the peaceful village of Wormley, and offers residential care for up to 39 people.

Once home to 19th-century English novelist and poet, George Eliot, the Victorian country house bursts with heritage.

Surrey Heights focuses on delivering high-quality service in a friendly environment - with person-centred care at the core.

With a primary focus on specialist dementia care, every care plan is curated to meet the most intricate of individual needs. Those who require respite and residential care are also welcome.

Comfortable areas for relaxation are available, with the lounge and conservatory offering ideal spaces for entertaining and socialising with others. Residents can also indulge in a little pampering with a visit to the on-site hair salon and nail bar. The most intricate of individual diets are catered for, too, with freshly prepared meals served daily.

Opportunities for experiencing the local area come in abundance, too; the popular Secretts Garden centre is only a short distance away, as is Godalming town centre. Residents will also enjoy individually tailored outings organised by the on-site activities team. Opportunities to connect with family and friends are easily available, too, with the use of video calling services.

Jo S (Granddaughter of resident). 18/03/19

"Always feel very welcome, my grandmother is happy to be there and staff take an interest in her and her needs. They make it easy for us to get together as a family and celebrate occasions, such as her recent birthday which she was able to spend with her great-grandchildren."

J K (unspecified). 09/03/20

"My relative appears as happy and content as anyone with dementia can be. When he was assessed, he had a teddy bear that he gave up his bed for. So, the manager asked the handyman to build a bed for the bear, so my relative could go back to sleeping in his own bed. This small act of thinking outside of the box made all the difference to him. Thank you to the manager"

Raymond F (Son of resident). 17/08/20

"This care home is one of the best that I have ever seen. My Mum looks very well and is looked after to a very high standard, and she speaks very highly of all the staff. Well done and many thanks to all the staff for making it possible to see my Mum again."
