" I have visited my dear friend three times now, every time she has clearly been very relaxed, contented and happy. I have always been made very welcome and offered a cup of tea. The staff are very friendly. Lovely home, well and comfortably appointed."

Lynne G (Daughter of resident). 09/04/20

"After looking at a few care homes for my 93-year-old mother, I chose Surbiton Care Home. As soon as I walked through the door I noticed it had a different feel to the other homes I have visited. It felt warm and welcoming and the family were always made very welcome."

Carol C (Daughter of resident). 21/08/17

"My mum had two respite stays at Surbiton Care Home. Last month, she became a permanent resident. The staff are so kind, friendly and very caring. Surbiton has a homely feel and the residents are treated as individuals and with respect."
