Located in two-and-a-half acres of Surrey countryside, St Catherine's Manor is a large, 18th-century Georgian country house, which was originally part of the esteemed Loseley Estate.

Since acquiring St Catherine’s Manor in 1994, the residence has been sympathetically restored to provide luxurious, yet comfortable, living for residents requiring nursing and dementia care.

St Catherine’s Manor Nursing Home has a combination of luxurious, single en-suite rooms, and larger companion rooms for those wishing for company. Many of our well-appointed bedrooms enjoy glorious views of the gardens below and surrounding Surrey countryside. Our residents can choose to have personal, flat-screen TVs with Freeview and direct dial telephones in the comfort of their bedroom.

Residents can unwind in a choice of three relaxation areas, with access to safe and secure terraces overlooking the gardens also available. Other wellbeing and entertainment facilities on offer include a hairdressing/manicure salon, reminiscence quiet lounge, and a book corner. Home-cooked meals are also provided three times a day and are always made with locally sourced fresh produce.

The on-site wellbeing coordinator curates a socially stimulating and physically active calendar of weekly events and activities. Situated just a short distance from Guildford Town Centre, residents also have easy access to nearby attractions; from Guildford Cathedral and Bird World to Guildford House Gallery.

Martin B (Son of resident). 26/06/20

"“My mother came here after a very nasty fall, and she has dementia. From the moment she arrived to the moment she left, the staff were absolutely brilliant. They cared for her like a family member. I can honestly say that I would have no hesitation in recommending St Catherine's to anyone who needs their relatives cared for."

Karen B (Daughter-in-law of resident). 20/04/18

"My mother-in-law became a resident at St Catherine's Manor after a major stroke. The service and dedication of the staff are second to none, nothing is too much trouble and they are all so caring and loving. I cannot think of anywhere I would rather her be."

Christopher (Grandson of resident). 10/02/20

"St Catherine’s Manor is fantastic. The staff genuinely care and really like spending time with and helping the residents. They are all amazing! The food is good and the overall care is above and beyond."
