CHD Living

Residential & Nursing

If you or a loved one would benefit from 24-hour care and support, our residential and nursing homes could be a good option for you. Whichever of our homes best meets your needs, you can be assured that residents will receive exceptional, person-centred care from a friendly team, so that life can continue to be lived with independence, freedom and choice.

At CHD Living, we are passionate about providing friendly, person-centred care that meets the needs of each individual.

We understand that whilst some residents may have a lower level of dependency, others may need more specialist support, and so we can tailor our nursing services to suit. After getting to know your loved one's needs, our teams will create a bespoke care plan designed to meet, track and maintain their health requirements.

Our home managers and care staff will then work alongside carefully selected registered and auxiliary nurses, doctors and consultants to ensure the best quality of life for residents. What's more, you'll be given access to your loved ones care plan for complete peace of mind.

Our residential care homes have been designed to provide comfort, stimulation and safety. Combining cosiness and style with functionality and practicality, they offer the perfect home-from-home for residents to continue living a life of independence, freedom and choice.

Set in and around Surrey and South London, our homes enjoy quiet locations, with many also featuring stunning views of the countryside. All homes feature secure outdoor spaces for residents to use and enjoy at their leisure. Fresh and nutritious home-cooked meals are provided daily, with all dishes designed to promote optimal health - and, of course, tailored to suit dietary requirements. Together with stylish, comfortable indoor spaces, friendly staff and person-centred care, our care homes strike the ideal balance between promoting safety and independence.

Our dedicated wellbeing coordinators make regular visits to our homes, too, encouraging residents to take part in weekly pursuits - such as visits to the local garden centre.

Sometimes, we all need a break - especially those who are caring for a loved one. What can often come as an unexpected responsibility can take its toll on our health and wellbeing - particularly for those who are new to caring duties.

Caring for a loved one, whether on an ad-hoc or 24/7 basis, is never easy, and can be particularly tough for those juggling care responsibilities with a full or part-time job. Now and then, both the caregiver and care recipient can benefit from a change of scenery - and often, many relatives find that their relationship strengthens upon their return to each other.

At CHD Living, our respite care services mean that you, the caregiver, can take some much-needed time away - whilst your loved one is kept in the safe hands of our dedicated team.

End of Life & Palliative Care

Accepting that someone close to you has transitioned to the end-of-life and palliative care stage can be an upsetting reality to face, and at CHD Living we understand the impact this can have on the whole family.

With your loved ones comfort a priority, we aim to create an environment that offers reassurance and peace of mind for everyone involved. Working closely with healthcare specialists and putting together thoughtfully tailored care plans for your loved ones, our approach to palliative care is always sensitive, compassionate and respectful so that you feel supported at this difficult time.
