As a family-run group of dedicated care professionals, our mission is to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in a friendly environment.

We offer a diverse range of care services here at CHD, from residential, nursing, live-in and mental health, to end-of-life, rehabilitation, older person and specialist dementia; all of which are delivered from the heart, with diligence and respect always kept in mind. We have a joined up approach to care, ensuring continuity throughout the individuals journey.

From virtual concerts to tailored group outings and once-in-a-lifetime experience wishes, we just love creating happiness daily and we’re proud to achieve regular exposure in the press because of our ‘above and beyond’ approach.

Adopt a Grandparent©

Adopt a Grandparent is a charity that seeks to pair lonely care home residents with people from across the globe who may not have grandparents of their own. 

The charity, which has grown from an idea here at CHD to a fully-fledged organisation in its own right, has seen more than 90,000 people sign up from all over the world.
